Yes. CFT represents talent of all ages, including children and minors. A parent or legal guardian must complete the submission and sign the guardian consent. Minor talent are placed only in age-appropriate print, commercial, and film/TV work.
What does CFT look for in new talent submissions?
Clear, recent photos (one headshot and one full-body shot, minimally edited), accurate current measurements, real availability, and any prior credits. Professional headshots are not required — phone photos in good light are fine for an initial submission. We evaluate fit for active casting, not portfolio polish.
How quickly does CFT respond to talent submissions?
We review every submission on a rolling basis. If your profile fits something we are casting now or expect to cast soon, we will reach out — typically within one to two weeks. CFT does not send rejection emails; if we don’t follow up, you can resubmit in six to twelve months as your look and credits change.
Can I sign with CFT if I am already represented by another agency?
Depends on your existing contract. Non-exclusive representation across separate markets is common. If you are under an exclusive contract with another Florida agency, that contract would need to be released before signing with CFT. Mention your current representation in your submission and we will discuss the details.
