Jacqueline Hazen

The owner and President of CFT, Jackie Hazen, began her career as a model for the agency, where she found success in print, conventions, music videos, and runway shows. She has worked with brand names that include Tommy Hilfiger, DKNY, and GUESS, not only as a model but also as a fashion coordinator.

While modeling, Jackie also pursued other aspects of the industry, including production, advertisement, and castings in order to increase her knowledge of the entertainment business. Her work allowed her opportunities in LA, AZ, Miami, and NY.

Discovering her true talent, which lies behind the scenes, Jackie realized her love of helping dedicated talent achieve their goals and dreams. Her experience has allowed her to better understand the needs of the talent as well as the client.

Jackie began as an assistant on the Print Board of CFT due to her background in modeling. She skillfully utilized her resources to provide quality jobs for her talent. Soon, Jackie became the Print Board Director and assisted with union and non-union castings while acquiring her SAG sub-agent license. She has recently booked talent on the Ron Jon print campaign, the new Rascal Flatts music video, SKIN, and the SAG National Commercial for Briggs & Stratton.

Sharing a similar vision, former President, Arianne Pemberton, came together with Jackie Hazen to develop new, innovative ways for working together to promote talent across the nation and in all markets. When the opportunity arose for full time expansion into the LA market, Arianne decided to take on the challenge and open an agency in Los Angeles for the greater good of her talent. During this transition, CFT’s new local leader, Jackie Hazen has been focused on continuing the invaluable established reputation of the agency.

Jackie’s fresh team of agents, whose energy and expertise in the areas of commercial, film, TV, and print, qualify CFT as one of the leading talent agencies in Florida.

Stephanie Bowen

Stephanie Bowen began her career in the entertainment industry as an actress, where she fell in love with the craft of acting. She graduated from Rollins College with a B.A. in English and a Minor in Film Studies. While attending school, she had the opportunity to work as a talent assistant at CFT. Through these opportunities, Stephanie worked in NYC at DW models, as assistant to the owner, which enhanced her love for fashion photography.

She also worked as assistant to the production coordinator at Shahid & Co. Stephanie’s passion for acting guided her return to CFT to lead the commercial/film board. She is currently the lead booker, where she combines her knowledge of the fashion and the acting world on all talent boards.

Stephanie has booked talent on various fashion campaigns, fashion shows and fashion magazines, including Helmut Lang, Hugo Boss, 2Exist, L’uomo Vogue, Stuff, Levi’s, and Abercrombie & Fitch. Her film and TV credits include bookings on various feature films, including “The Guardian” with Kevin Costner and Ashton Kutcher, and various TV shows on WB, NBC, UPN, along with specials on the Food Network and the History Channel, as well as several National commercials.

Brandy Antilla

Brandy began her career in the entertainment industry as a model for CFT in 2001 when she moved from Michigan to the Central Florida area. Her love of being in front of the camera lead to a passion for film and television acting. In 2004, she decided to take classes with Yvonne Suhor at Art-Sake studio in Winter Park and assist local casting directors in order to further her knowledge of the business.

In between photo shoots, filming and various other projects, she became an experienced convention/trade-show model to learn as much as possible about all aspects of the talent industry. Her modeling, acting and convention work gave Brandy the opportunity to travel from coast to coast promoting everything from Nascar to Nickelodeon.

When the opportunity arose to lead the growing Convention Division at CFT, Brandy leaped at the chance to put her expertise to work. She utilizes her marketing and talent experience to help spark consumer interest for various products and she provides unparalleled service with each and every booking.
